7.2 General Bonus Terms

7.3 VIP Program

The yk99 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

yk99 reserves the right to make the final decision on VIP tier advancement and the awarding of benefits.

All bets on yk99 are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verified.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a betting outcome is affected by a technical error, yk99 reserves the right to investigate and take the necessary action.
• In sports betting, if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• If an error or inconsistent odds are found in the system, the affected bet will be considered void.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits may vary by game and event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yk99 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
• Attempting to influence game or betting outcomes through any illegal means.
• Using hacking, viruses or harmful software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Operating an account under a false identity or submitting forged documents.
• Harassing or deceiving other users.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.

10.1 yk99's Rights

yk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

10.2 User Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. In that case, the balance remaining in the account will be returned within a maximum of seven business days, provided full verification has been completed. However, any unused portion of an active bonus will not be returned.
